1975 Ibanez Les Paul SpecialA genuine players guitar, this vintage Ibanez has been professionally restored. The guitar has had a full professional refret and plays wonderfully all over the neck with a low action . The setup currently has a 2mm action at the 17th fret. The bridge had been replaced with a Mojoaxe wrap around bridge,the finest wrap around bridge available,aircraft grade aluminium and intonated for modern sring sets but aged to look age appropriate This guitar has a solid mahogany pancake style body as the Gibson Les Pauls did in this era and the most incredible pair of P90s pickups! These pickups genuinely knock the socks off any Gibson pickups I've tried old or new.Original tuners have been replaced at some point with vintage schallers.At some point early in its life it had an Ibanez stop tailpiece fitted. I've removed it to return the guitar back to its original configuration. The tailpiece will be included as it plays really well with it fitted or set up with the wraparound bridge. The original bridge is also included as pictured.The neck has had a headstock break at some point in its 32 year history but has had a really good repair.Lots of age related marks and bumps but all wear is from genuine playing and life experience, not reliced in a workshop!.Here is a short sound demo of the guitar - Plugged straight into a Fender Pro Junior amp volume 3 tone 6 https://youtu.be/AmgtkVcKzJUTo summarise, it's a real mojo machine that looks beat but plays fantastically.
