MooreTone Custom Shop 1952 TV YELLOW Fender Telecaster clone. Please read and ask any questions you may need to. Thanks for looking.
I built this as a clone of the 1952 TV Yellow telecaster that was from the early era of Fender. It is built to spec, complete with a blender control instead of the tone control that came later. The hardware, including the boutique PUP's, have been aged slightly for that vintage appearance.Everything on this guitar was new when I put it together starting early this year. This was a one-off custom build that took time, patience, and putting up with  a very picky builder (me) that had to make sure it was "just right" for his standards. I don't like inferior products, and I doubt you do either.
One piece Musikraft swamp ash body. Reliced Fender bridge w/ compensated saddles.SME period correct reliced PUP's with wax-coated wire.
3 way CTS switch .
Old style caps, CTS pots, etc.
Blender knob and Volume knob reliced, no tone knob just like the 1952.ALL Boutique electronics in this one. A true player's guitar.
All hardware reliced light to medium.Flat headed screws in most areas. Bakelite pickguard that is 8 hole (I never did like the 5 hole, so I use the 8).
Body is painted in period correct paint from ReRanch and is thin nitro with nitro gloss clear coat.
I used an 8 hole Pickguard  (I don't like 5), but a 5 would cover up any extra holes if you wanted to go that route.I WILL ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DESCRIBED WRONG. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE ASK BEFORE BUYING AND I WILL ANSWER PROMPTLY. THANK YOU. DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS AND MAKE AN OFFER !55.00 shipping.
