This is a Matney USA Custom B Bender installed in a brand new unfinished Warmoth body. The body is two piece alder. The body is cut to Fender specifications. Fender Vintage style bridge. String thru body. Schaller strap buttons installed (locks not included). Clear acrylic back cover included. Matney Benders are top quality. Currently there are around 60 Matney Benders in circulation from California to Texas to Florida... and every one is a satisfied customer! Matney benders will not fall apart. They will outlast the guitar. They work smoothly, quietly, and always return to pitch. They are very light weight and do not add weight to the guitar. Much lighter than a Fender brand bender. The wood removed is usually about the same weight as the bender unit. This one weighs in at less than 5 lbs with the bender! The bender is adjustable for spring tension, and for the stopping point. If you've been planning to build your dream guitar, then this will be a great place to start. Just paint it, stain it, or leave it as is.
