The SR30TH5 is an electric bass from Ibanez that sports a familiar body shape, with an unconventional semi-hollow design. Three oval soundholes increase the natural resonance of the instrument and further its mahogany body's excellent in-hand feel. A Jatoba/Bubinga Five-Piece neck is smooth and easy to play, with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard that sports Abalone inlays. These are accented nicely by a Natural Browned Burst Flat finish and Cosmo Black/Chrome hardware. The guitar's Accu-Cast B300 Bridge is plenty sturdy and makes intonation adjustments easy, while Bartolini MK-1 pickups provide pronounced mid-range in addition to their booming low-end response. Coupled with an Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ, you can really dial in the sound that's right for you.
