If only this instrument could speak! What stories and characters it must have met!You are looking at an older concertina of the Patek's brand from Chicago. The brand also appears on the instrument. It is in nice playing condition and the case is original, also bearing the name tag "Patek's Music Store-Concertinas-835 Milwaukee Ave. Chicago, IL". I am told that it was made in the late 1920s or early 1930s. I do not know what key it is in, but I do not think it is 'C'.This concertina has 3 rows of buttons on the right side and 4 rows of buttons on the left side.
