The only part missing is the lead pipe which shouldn't be difficult to fabricate a replacement. A rewarding restoration project. Valves are frozen. Plenty of dents. Unusual tube configuration. I couldn't find another to match for proper identification. To big for a cornet so likely an alto horn in E flat which was the norm back in the day.
Overall Length = 17-1/4"Bell diameter = 6-1/2"
