Up for sale is my 2011 Gibson Les Paul Special Pro. It is in great condition. There are two blemishes, one is from a guitar hanger that had a reaction with the nitro finish on the sides/back of the headstock, and a couple small dents in the back. The scratch guard has pick marks of course since it's been played. This guitar was a Guitar Center exclusive and came with a PAF HB3 pickup in the bridge position. I've also just installed a new black Tusq XL permanently lubricated nut, which helps it stay in tune nicely. I will include the pickguard as well as a set of speed knobs and the top hat knobs that are on it. I also just added a Gibson gear nickel pickup cover to the HB3 pickup in the bridge. I think that adds a nice look to it. If you don't like it you can always take it off. This guitar is ridiculously versatile thanks to the custom Jimmy Page Style wiring harness with bournes push pull pots and Russian Paper in Oil (PIO) capacitors (.022). I can get some very usable single coil neck position sounds that are very strat like, and any number of other combinations. 21 I believe. This guitar has the 60's neck profile and plays smooth and fast. I can't tell you how incredible this thing feels and sounds. I truly love it. If I didn't just get a new LP studio there's no way I'd sell this, but alas I'm not a professional musician, so can't really justify two LP's. This comes with a nice Gibson USA gig bag, and is set up with 10's. Save yourself the hassle of buying and installing - or waiting for someone else to install one of the best mods available. I had my local tech check my work and he gave it the thumbs up, so be confident it works as advertised. Even as I write this I'm still trying to think of an excuse to hold on to it, but 8 guitars isn't necessary for a regular schmo. There is no doubt you will absolutely LOVE this guitar!
