1970 N-Series Conn  88H.  This horn, has the Made in USA, inscription.   The N-Series, could have either Made in Elkhart, USA or Made in USA.This horn, has been reconditioned, sometime in the past.  The slide is in almost new appearance, even the hand hold points!  It still has springs, in the cork barrels. No wear, on inner slides.  My tech, did a slide alignment...this puppy is fast. I replaced, the Remington leadpipe, with a Mount Vernon copy (press fit), at the urging of Noah Gladstone (Brassark).  Makes a huge difference in slotting, when using modern mouthpieces.  So you can use any Morse taper, mouthpiece.  I use a custom Doug Elliott F-cup and F8
shank, and 101 rim...which appoximates a Remington mouthpiece, but better.  The bell section, has had a little work, on bell throat (near back brace.)  No dents on tuning bow. Some lacquer loss on neck pipe.  Some scratches, on bell flare.  ( I don't go over board on polishing.) From 3-5 ft, horn looks new.  Good compression, on valve.  I prefer, rotor valves. No point in open wraps, if your valve is properly clocked.Case has seen better days.  But is useable, smells a bit.No mouthpiece.  But I can make suggestions, what works.USA shipping only.  It would be, extremely expensive, to ship internationally. No returns.  It's a used horn.
