Hi all, up for sale is a Charvel SAN DIMAS. This is one of the last batches from Japan and is way better than the US made and currently Mexican made version. I know because I owned all of them.
The frets work is hard to believe at this price range. The fret board is buffed to create a worn in feel. The fret ends are finished super smooth. The level of the craftsmanship is right up to $5000 Suhr. The neck pocket is done so well that no much guitar in any price range can match, please check out the photos!
The cavity cover is made of oxidized aluminum instead of plastic on most of the guitar. This is a very helpful shield to the pickup hum.
Originally these Charvel SAN DIMAS came with a Korean made 1000 Series Floyd rose. This was the only weakness of the guitar. So I upgrade to the original German Floyd Rose.
Guitar will be sold including a very nice Charvel case in mint condition with Dunlop strap lock.
Local cash pick up is preferred. I will box it very well for interstate shipping if needed.
