One of Fender's most innovative Teles, the 69 Thinline combines Fender twang with the light weight and big tone of a semi-hollow body. A great combo that has been popular among tone savvy players ever since. Nice attention to detail and vintage feel on this example. The semi-hollow body is made of mahogany. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 7.25-inch radius maple fingerboard with 21 frets. Dual single-coils deliver trademark Tele tone. The original 3 saddle bridge teams with Fender F tuners for rock solid performance. The finish is a two-tone burst and is set off by a white Pearloid pickguard. A truly great guitar that is light in weight and heavy in tone.This Tele plays and sounds Very well. The neck is straight and the action is low and fast. The pickups coupled with the semi-hollow body make for a lively, full tone. A great guitar. This is a nice Mint example. In fact, you would think she was New. Absolutely No play-wear. The original owner swapped the Wire harness for an Emerson Custom vintage threaded one. A huge upgrade, along with a Lolar Pick-up set. Comes with original wiring harness and all the case Candy which is unopened.No Tele collection is complete without a Thinline. Great tone and feel for the bucks.
