American made (Westerly, Rhode Island) Guild X-170 archtop guitar, circa late 80's. Plays, sounds, and looks great. The only noticeable marking is on the pickguard and some wearing on the gold-tone metal parts as indicated in the photos and by the age of the instrument. The top of this guitar is quite unique; it has a high degree of both flame and grain and depending on the angle it is viewed from, one is more visible than the other. The original hardshell case is included which has some wear and marks on it, but is fully functional. It also locks, and the key is included in the sale. Also included are two pickguards: the original and a custom made pickguard, as seen in the photos.
