ZILDJIAN TURKISH "ISTANBUL" MEDIUM RIDE CYMBALNo sound bites for this cymbal but It can be viewed/tried by appointmentWill try & find out the weight but I would say it is medium thinThe cymbal for Jazz/Blues/Latin/Funk styles
It has a beautiful bell sound that is integral to the cymbal (part of)The cymbal opens up for nice crashes/accentsHand hammered top & bottom the "old way" & signed by the cymbal smith who is now long goneNot only a wonderful instrument but you are playing history too!I am loathed to sell this cymbal but I have many that were gifted to me (modern) by Zildjian so I am scaling down some that I haveNo cracks & the centre hole is good
