This is a 50 metre drum of Van Damme/VDC 268-224 Blue Series 24 Pair, Pre-Jacketed Multicore cable which was bought as part of an installation project but not needed. It is still wrapped as it was when delivered.The outer wrapping and wooden drum are a bit dusty from storage but the cable itself is completely as new since it's never been unwrapped or taken off the drum. The tick boxes on the drum itself say there is 100m but that definitely isn't the case.Since new pricing on this cable starts at £23.79+VAT per meter (if you buy 100m+) this drum would cost well over £1400+VAT. Best price I've found for 50m of this cable new on eBay is £963 including shipping. Collection would be preferred on this item since, as it stands, the whole thing weighs in at 28.1kg. Most standard couriers top out at 30kg but there are a few options above that weight so assuming I can find a box big enough and strong enough to put it in, I could ship this but it probably won't be particularly cheap (UK Mainland, fully insured 48hr shipping came up just under £50 when I did a quick check but it might be possible to get it done cheaper). If you want to do this, please check shipping rates before buying as I don't want anyone getting a nasty shock. If you want to send your own courier that's fine. If the cable sells at or close enough to the full BIN price I'll include UK Mainland 48hr shipping FOC or deduct the shipping price for collection.I've marked this as UK only as a result of having trouble recently shipping a large/heavy item off the UK mainland but if you can arrange shipping I don't mind sending it internationally - so long as it's fully tracked and insured.This item is listed elsewhere so I need to reserve the right to end this auction early if the item becomes unavailable.Payment preferably would be direct bank transfer or cash on collection as these save some fees for me but PayPal is ok too.I'm very happy to combine shipping on multiple items where possible.Please contact me within 48 hours of purchase to arrange payment or I will re-list the item.If you have any questions please ask before bidding.I'll be adding other audio related items for sale over the coming days so please do check my other items.Thanks for your time.
