DESCRIPTION For sale is part of a huge collection of instruments I am selling as part of an estate liquidation. Everything is being sold on behalf of beneficiaries to settle the contents of estates. I am an estate liquidator and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Check back often as I will be adding new instruments daily ! Due to the nature of antique instruments. All instruments are sold as is. Always consider more repairs may be required than you anticipate.

The graft broke loose long ago and was reglued. Where the graft ends is where there is a missing fret. Visible loss to the veneer on the neck by the repair. The bridge was glued in place. The 27 ribs separated with ivory is stable with no visible open seams ! There is a small ivory decoration at the top of the head stock not visible in photos. Overall a very collectible Italian maker and rewarding restoration project !
