Up for sale is this beautiful left handed guitar. A USA Fender Deluxe Stratocaster. This guitar is just stunning to play. It's the perfect weight and feels great in the hands. The action is superb and is really easy to play quickly. It has a lot of luxurious features from lock in tuners to the s1 switching system that gives you 10 different tones in stead of the standard 5. The "deluxe" version of the strat is what the new "elite" series replaced. There are articles that explain the differences, but the biggest difference is the newly ungraded noiseless pickups. This guitar however has a much bigger upgrade in pickups. In the neck is a Lollar Blonde pickup which was designed to give a big open clean sound reminiscent of John Mayer. In fact, there is a youtube video comparing Mayer's pickup to the Lollar Blonde and the blonde came out slightly on top. Then in the middle and bridge positions there are Billy Corgan Dimarzio pickups (The chopper and BC-2) . These have a very big punchy sound and when you play with some gain it sounds incredible. So what you have with this pickup configuration is a superb rock guitar that has punch, depth and definition, that can be flipped to the neck pickup for a gorgeous, pristine clean sound. Now, I'm also including the N3 Noiseless pickups that it originally came with so if you want to return the guitar to it's stock configuration you can do that and do what you want with the other pickups.So I know who ever ends up with this one will love it as much as I have. It's a superb guitar and a joy to play. I know how difficult it is for us Lefties to get hold of a decent guitar, so this is a good chance to get a great one at a good price. The Elite Strat which this one is very similar to (albeit this one has much better pickups) sells for $3200, so considering this one comes with over $500 of extra pickups it's an absolute bargain.
