This Martin GC MMV was purchased in 2015 and is in nearly perfect condition. I played it for some gigs and bedroom playing, but it's been kept in its hard shell case (included) and kept fresh with new humidifier packs at all times. This thing plays beautiful and I've loved this guitar. It has a Sitka Spruce top, East Indian Rosewood back and sides, and a mahogany neck. I also installed LR Baggs pickups that allow this guitar to be plugged in and played live. The pickups work great and the plug in is at the bottom of the guitar when the strap usually goes. I've also added a guitar strap button behind the neck that allows you to use any guitar strap on. The only reason I'm selling it is because I want to buy a small body guitar instead of a dreadnought. That's only because I'm a huge John Mayer fan and like a huge fan, I want to get a guitar closer to his signature.
