This listing is for a 1973 Takamine C136S classical guitar. I purchased this a couple of years ago, but never got around to seriously learning classical styles of music.There are very, very minor scratches and chips, but is in excellent shape considering that it was made in 1973. The clear coat on the neck and body are essentially fully intact. The guitar plays and sounds extremely well. It has no playability issues at all. The tone is outstanding and sharp. The top is cedar and the back and sides are made of what I believe to be Brazilian Rosewood.The guitar will be shipped in a sturdy soft case packed appropriately in a mailing box and padding. Shipping is free anywhere within the continental U.S. Don't like the price? Shoot me an offer. You'd be hard pressed to find this rare guitar in this condition at this price.
