I have a lovely 2008 Gibson SG here. It's an awesome guitar. So much can and has been said about these. This one is the SG special but the higher end one with the same gloss finish as the Standard. The major difference in this one between a standard is uncovered pickups, and dot inlays instead of trapezoids, and of course no binding. It has the same lush finish and heritage cherry color. And is a little less expensive without the extra cosmetic features. Also stock these did not come with a hardcase ( i have thrown in a hardcase.I love their light weight and warm tone, This one has some mild playwear on it that should be visible in the pics. And very mild fretwear. It's a well preserved guitar. Beautiful full gloss finish in heritage cherry.It it setup well and plays fine. Pickups sound good. It is all stock. It also comes with a solid molded hard case. It's not a Gibson case. Just a well made after market case molded for an SG.This one ships via Fedex fully insured. It will be boxed with a brand new rectangular box and some shock absorbers. And detuned prior to shipment.Thanks for reading and considering!
