Description

This is a very early Martin baritone uke.  Based on appointments, it either a 1960, or 1961.  No "USA" under the stamp inside, and it does have tortoisetype binding.  Appears to have never been played.  No indication of it having been used.  The center top seam has been touched up.  Also, two hairline cracks along each side of the fingerboard where it extends over the body. There is a scratch on the bottom of the uke that could be touched up.  Neck is pristine condition.  One of the tuner buttons is beginning to crack due to age. Comes with its original SSC.  This first year baritone is a must for the collector, or player.  Thanks for looking and best of luck!
