Infinite polyphony (most hardware sequencers have a poly count under 10). Pyramid effectively functions like a scaled down version of Ableton Live where you create and record clips with Track Mode into Banks that store patterns (equivalent to Abletons Session view), and then chain the patterns together with the Sequence Mode (equivalent to a DAW's horizontal Arrangement view). The new units being sold through the official site do not include this function! I'm selling it because I barely use it, and would rather replace it with something that will be in constant use. But I will end up buying one again in the future when I have all the necessary gear to escape the tethered death grip of a computer! If you are interested in going the complete hardware route there is no doubt about it that this is the perfect sequencer for analogue and digital hardware. Sold with everything as originally included, plus I'll include an SD Card with the updated firmware because I'm nice like that :) If bought new the Pyramid would cost £540.
