This is an immaculate conditioning Martin acoustic guitar that I've owned since new (2005).If you're reading this I'll assume some knowledge of these guitars but, to recap - this is an all solid wood guitar, the top is Sitka Spruce finished with a gloss finish and the back and sides are East Indian Rosewood. The body shape is what Martin call 'cutaway auditorium' it's a comfortable shape to use for live work, not too big and no too small either - the acoustic sound is lovely and sweet with good projection but the plugged in sound is simply amazing! This guitar has had very light use only with very minor fret wear around first position and is virtually unmarked - the only mark I can find won't come out in photos as it's a very small indent on the lower bout that you really have to go,looking for to find. This is an un-modified guitar with the only change from factory spec being a tweaked (lowered) action and upgraded bridge pins. I don't like the plastic ones so this guitar is fitted with solid ebony pins with a 'mother of pearl' dot on the top to tie in with the ebony bridge and mother of pearl fret markers.Any questions - please ask and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I would prefer to arrange for the buyer to collect (please make contact and we can arrange something that will be convenient) but if necessary i can package it up for a courier to deliver.I will be sad to see this guitar go but it's just not getting use at present so it will be better off somewhere it can be played more regularly.
