The E mechanism is a key system to make it easy to start the third octave "mi" (E sound) that it is hard to give structurally of the flute.
E sounds are used many for a technically high work of a beautiful melody of classicism and the Romantic school and the modern music, and it may be said that the E mechanism is an extremely effective system. However, recognition is different and is not used other than some professional musicians very much in France and the United States every country. I am considered to be necessities in devised country Germany and am recognized as an extremely general function in Japan.
