This is a A Corton 3 VALVE Eb Tuba with exceptional lacquer condition PLUS new Gig bag and Mouthpiece. The condition of this instrument is mainly very good . The lacquer is in exceptional condition for a used instrument and it has probably not been overused . There is plenty of valve pop and compression .
There are one or two minor indentations around the front half of the bell and two minor dents at the side of the bottom bow but apart from these the instrument is in fine cosmetic and playing condition . The gig bag and mouthpiece will be new.
This sale has the benefit of a new gig bag and a new silver plated mouthpiece to complete the outfit. All valves and slides work well and have been serviced.
The instrument has been cleaned, and professionally set up and lubricated . The NEW mouthpiece and the leadpipe has been brushed out , polished and disinfected as are all the mouthpieces I sell and unlike some of the filthy examples that turn up online.
This tuba would suit a beginner player or returning adult who does not want to spend £2000 plus on a playable instrument .
This is best as a UK bargain as the size makes carriage expensive so collection is preferred although I will deliver @35p per mile for a 100 mile radius .
