It is EG-800 manufactured from serial number (D79 ****) around 1979. The combination of black body with humbucker of double cream with 3 pickup specification is a cool pole Les Paul. It is also known as Peter-Frampon model. It becomes a solid body, not a semi-hollow. The front pickup is replaced with PU - 2 which is also mounted on the EGF - 850, the rear pickup is replaced with DiMarzio DP 155. Since consumable parts such as pot / jack / toggle switch are also exchanged once, you can use with confidence.As shown in the photo, bruises and fine dents are seen in the body back, but the top is comparatively beautiful and there are small scratches and several small scratches. A bruise can be seen in some places on the body side, but there is no big flashy scar. There is a chipping of painting at the corner of the head tip. The back side of the neck has neither dent nor beautiful. There are two repair marks due to adhesion on the pickup ring, and rust and dullness can be seen for metal part.The neck is also a beautiful straight condition. There are also no symptoms such as wakefulness or severe twisting which tend to be seen in old instruments. Please be assured that there is plenty of room for the truss rod. The frets have low recesses on the low position side but still remain 6 to 70% on the whole. The string height on the 12 frets at the time of regular tuning is about 1.4 mm for 1 string and about 1.6 mm for 6 strings at present. I think that it is easy enough to play as it is now, but please try setting the string height etc as you like.
