Sonola Accordion, model SS15 Custom Deluxe; professional instrument. Keyboard, 120 bass. Early 1950s. Second owner. Everything works. Everything original. Ten shifts plus master shift on treble; five shifts on bass. All shifts work. Treble keys lowered for faster action. All keys work. Sano pickup allows you to amplify and separate or balance bass and treble. Back pad; back strap. Original leather case with red velveteen interior. Some damage to outside corners of case.Originally purchased in early 1950s by Don Lee, a well known accordionist in Michigan and the midwest and the owner of Bloomquist Music Studios in Lansing, Michigan. He recorded a single, "ECHO, Echo, echo" and one album, "Crazy Rhythm". These were multiple recordings; up to eight tracks, when Les Paul and Mary Ford were doing only 4 tracks, and it sold nationally; it's still available on some record sites. It was recorded using this accordion. I bought it from him in the mid 1950s and have owned it ever since. Pick up in Hyde Park: 55th and Lake Park. Will accept best offer over $2,100.00
