Gentlemen, set your faces to 'Stunned'. Here we have a magnificent Gibson Les Paul Standard from 1990. It's more than a quarter of a century old, with all the classic Gibson brilliance that you expect from that era. Comes in Heritage Cherry Sunburst and it's big, brilliant and, importantly, unchambered. It's all original, with Bill Lawrence pickups and original pots that make it sound out of this world.It's got THAT look and THAT sound. Has a few marks here and there, as you'd expect. However, it's clearly lived a privileged life of luxury, with only a couple of minor dings here and there. The most significant is pictured: A tiny indentation on the back of the neck that you absolutely do not feel while playing.Had a recent pro setup, including complete fret leveling and crowning.Case is rock solid and has that old-style thick shroud that is more like a blanket. The combination lock doesn't work, but if that surprises you then you've never seen a Gibson case before! Also the restraining strap could use gluing or stapling if you actually care about that. I don't, so I've never bothered.Basically, you don't get a Les Paul Standard anywhere near this good if you buy new.Can deliver to any M1 service station between Sheffield and Newcastle to save delivery fees - just select collection in person.
