This top-quality Stratocaster is made in Fender's American Custom Shop. With its Beautifull Premium Ash body, this iconic Strat is a real eye-catcher. Subtle details like the AA+ Birdseye Maple fretboard, and parchment pickguard. Its lightweight ash body with deep contours give it a comfortable feel. The solid neck has a Fat C profile that fits your hand naturally. This Custom Shop Fender comes complete with a luxury black case and accessories.Since the 1950s, Fender has used ash to make many of its models, and this Strat is no exception. This wood is used because of its excellent tone and offers good resonance, long sustain and a creamy sound. With solid bass and fine trebles the Strat has a very versatile character. It is fitted with two hand-wound '69 single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions and a Texas Special in the bridge position. The middle pickup is reverse-wound and has reverse polarity to prevent the typical '60 cycle hum that occurs when the pickup switch is in positions 2 and 4. Sounds Incredible!This is a great feeling Fender. The neck is straight and the action is low. The pickups sound awesome with tons of warmth and Strat Spank. Everything works as it should. This guitar was recently Purchased New by one of my regulars. Perhaps a few hours of playtime. Consequently its immaculate. Super clean!. Comes in original hardshell case with a pile of case candy.
