This is a rare 1980 Gibson ES 335 Artist in a stunning Antique Violin Sunburst finish with a heavily flamed/birdseye Maple top, back and neck weighing in at 9.2 pounds. Introduced by Gibson in 1979, the ES Artist Thinline Archtop evolved from the ES 335 line and was considered to be the ultimate 335.
