Category: Gibson J45 Vintage Acoustic Guit
Class:
Description Series: American Vintage Dexterity: Right-Handed Brand: Gibson String Configuration: 6 String Model: J-45 Country/Region of Manufacture: United States Exact Year: 1967
Fantastic 1965 vintage Gibson acoustic guitar. It has not been played or out of its case for over 25 years. The guitar has a beautifully thin neck with wonderful action, adjustable bridge and sound output - even though the strings haven't been changed in decades. All parts are original to the instrument. The guitar has been stored in its case in an environmentally controlled environment (no extreme heat or cold.) When I first opened up the case, however, I found that there exists a few cracks on the top/rear of the body - which does not affect its playability or sound output. I would expect that the new owner would want to have this issue addressed. This would require a very simple and common glue job to fill-in the cracks and if you're handy with vintage guitars or know a decent guitar tech, this issue is an easy and simple one to remedy. The guitar will be shipped in a stock vintage 1960's/70's case. I invite you to check out my 100% positive feedback rating. Thank you and good luck!
