Description The VK-1000 is a digital keyboard that features a unique draw-bar control mechanism often used by classic tone-wheel electric organs for sound modification. Utilizing Roland/Rhodes SA sound source used in their RD and MK series, the VK-1000 tone generator is capable of up to 160 partials resulting in 16 voices of 10 partials each.The draw-bars are used to adjust the mix level of these partials in real time. A different sound from an internal selection of wave-forms can be assigned to each of the 13 draw-bars. The sound sources include tone-wheel organ sounds, pipe organs, sawtooth, square, noise wave-forms and more. With a 76 note keyboard, the VK-1000 is 3 channel multi-timbral for midi or split / layers (or connecting midi bass pedals), is 16 note polyphonic, and includes pitch bend and modulation controls. Up to 64 tones for each part can be stored in internal memory.Built-in effects include Rotary speaker effects with variable speed, overdrive/distortion, reverb, 3 band EQ, and Wow. These effects can also be stored with each patch. Standard stereo outputs are supplied along with balanced XLR output.
