The guitar pictured is the actual guitar you will receive! At The Farm, we take actual pictures of each instrument and make sure they are fully set-up and ready to play before we ship them. Each instrument goes through a multi-point inspection, followed by a set-up process by our in-house tech staff. We then photograph each instrument with high-quality equipment in our on-site photography studio. We know that details like wood grain and color finishes can vary, so we want you to be able to see, to the best of our ability, exactly what you will be receiving. This process takes over an hour for each instrument - from inspection to pictures. We care about the instrument we put into your hands! Rest assured your guitar was not just plucked off of a shelf and drop-shipped to you from a warehouse without the care that it, and you, deserve.   The RGD is Ibanez's ultimate metal machine. The demands of down-tuning require a specifically designed responsiveness not found in "normal" guitars. To optimize for the rich, desirable thickness of tone that down-tuning produces, the neck is extended by one inch to a 26.5" scale. Longer-than standard yet not overly long. The neck is still considered a "fast" neck for speed soloing. Extra-deep cutaways grant comfortable access to the necks highest notes. This RGDIX6MPB features a layered Ash body with a Poplar Burl top in Surreal Blue Burst finish. The NItro Wizard 3 piece Maple/Bubinga neck is a legendary, super-thin, ultra-playable neck with road-tested durability, and showcases the 24 jumbo fret Birdseye Maple fretboard.   Equipped with 2 Fusion Edge pickups that have been engineered to produce a powerful, distinctive tone with a crisp, cutting high end, and a tight, compressed bottom end, minus any muddy mid-range. Flip the switch and choose between full output-for a more modern voice, or a lower output-to provide a more vintage-like tone.
The Gibraltar Standard II is a simple fixed bridge that was designed to unify with the guitar's body and provide optimal transfer of each string's vibration. Smooth surface is designed to maximize playing comfort. The Gotoh MG-T locking machine heads achieve incredible tuning stability, cutting down string-changing time.  At The Music Farm, we take quality seriously! This guitar is required to be listed as seller refurbished by the manufacturer. It has been completely checked over by The Music Farm team, and also by the largest manufacturer refurbishing center in America. Buying one of these guitars is almost like buying a brand new guitar, but getting a huge savings on it! Most of these instruments do not have any visible defects. If there is a visible defect it will be indicated in pictures and in the description. These guitars do not carry the original manufacturer warranty, and in order to prevent invalid warranty claims they are lightly stamped “USED” or “2nd” on the back of the headstock, and the original serial number has been replaced with a new serial number from the refurbishing center.
