Rare custom color early 80's Fullerton Reissue Strat in great condition. Small to medium C neck plays like a dream. The craftsmanship on these is first rate. The first real Custom Shop type guitars Fender ever made. Their move to return to making them like the golden years of the 50's and early 60's. Refretted from the stock small vintage frets to medium jumbos. New nut. All original otherwise. Pickups sound fantastic. Stays in tune with straight neck. All case candy included. Whammy bar, ash tray bridge cover, strap, orig 3 position pickup switch, vintage cord, warranty card and Users manual. Includes professional appraisal documentation From Spruce Tree Music, Madison, WI. The owner's manual looks to be from late 84 or early 85 from La Brea so may have been added later. The warranty card is from Fullerton. Weighs a nice light 7lbs 11oz. Neck dates to mid-84. All pots and other dates are from mid 1984. Finish has various minor dings, none thru to the wood, and small indentations with some nice weather checking. The headstock decals are in great condition. As is the authentic reissue case, with key, which looks to be from late 84 or early 85 and has the duck foot tab. Rings like a bell with great resonant tone.
