Gretsch Viking 1968 Vintage original except the tuning fork bridge was removed before I purchased it and is not included. It is as shown in the pictures. Most players took the tuning fork bridg off and setup with the standard Gretsch bridge as shown. Original case in included.A cool, rare vintage Gretsch Viking in excellent, very clean condition. 2nd only to the White Falcon in the Gretsch line. The neck is straight and plays great with low action in every position due to fine workmanship and the Zero fret design. The neck is a medium size with a quick smooth feel. The floating tuning fork bridge is not installed. Most players took the tuning fork bridge off and it was off when I bought the guitar. The tuning fork bridge is not included.
Original Supertron pick-ups sound amazing. They are super warm and punchy, with incredible bright sparkly highs. This one really has that signature Gretsch Tone. All gold hardware with gold Bigsby tremolo. Some of the gold is worn off as gold does wear, especially on the tremolo arm but the rest of the Bigsby looks great and the pick-ups also look very nice.Excellent condition with some very minimal signs of wear. Part of the foam from the string mute is missing. Very few nicks. The binding is in excellent condition, the best I’ve seen. The finish is in excellent condition. Overall this Gretsch Viking is
