The Paul Stanley guitar is a solid body Gibson Chet Atkins model which you can see in the official Kiss Auction from Butterfields and Lelands, I believe the buyer didn't complete the deal with Butterfields and I bought the guitar from Leland's shortly after. I have the original receipt and letter from Lelands together with the tags from both auctions. The guitar was used on the 1995 Convention tour as you can see in the Auction Catalogue. I mailed Bruce Kulick about this guitar a few years go and he confirmed this one was Paul's from the tour after looking at the catalogue. You can see this guitar on the net and in the Second Coming DVD. When I got this guitar, it hadn't been looked after which was noted in the catalogue, I had the fretboard repaired and the guitar set up, I also had the electrics fixed. The case does show sign of neglect with the covering coming away.I also have the amp that Paul played on this tour which I bought direct from Laney who were doing a charity auction, Kiss leased the amps and returned them after the tour. The amp still has Paul's name in stickers on the top. This has a letter from Laney confirming the guitar was used by Paul and returned after the 1995 tour. Finally I have Gene's Ernie Ball Music Man bass from the Kiss Auction that was used on Psycho Circus, this is a great guitar. I bought this at the same time from Leland's after it was unsold or the transaction didn't complete in the Kiss Auction. I remember reading at the time that Gene was trying new guitars and sounds out for Psycho Circus and this is one of those guitars. I doubt it was played live but it was used in the studio as stated in the Auction Catalogue.I will supply the auction house paperwork, the auction tags and a signed letter from myself, that I was the original buyer from the auction.Any questions, I am happy to answer.
