The best MIJ Fender can offer. Not being a strat guy, I bought this guitar simply because of it's amazing playing neck. It's slim with a 40mm nut, 7.25 radius and vintage frets with a 60's "C" feel. Google "67 mij neck" to read what the fuss is all about. If you like guitar necks on the slimmer side without being tiny, you'll fall in love for sure. I wanted to part the guitar out to keep the neck and build my dream Jazzmaster but I feel terrible just thinking about it :)As for the rest, well, it's on par with quality, mid-90's Japanese Fender. All original, alnico pickups, tuners were replaced at one point with locking tuners (no visible holes, just 1 filled hole next to each original screw holes)Overall finish is pretty good, small dings and scuffs on the aged olympic white body with one ding exposing the wood on upper horn (pictured). The neck is made from really nice, heavily figured maple (being on top of the MIJ reissue price list of it's days) with nice vintage amber tint in no way corny like the yellowy mess you often see.Comes with an Hendrix model Ace strap (reissue) to complete the late 60's feel.Flat rate shipping to Canada/US
