You are bidding on a YAMAHA YTS-23 tenor saxophone, made in Japan, professionally overhauled with high quality new pads (Prestini USA, Premium Line), new corks and felts as needed. The sax has been completely disassembled, the body was cleaned thoroughly outside and inside, all the keys and rods where hand polished. After that the instrument has been assembled, oiled, fully adjusted and play tested, so I can guarantee that this saxophone feels and plays like a brand new horn, or better. There are some lacquer abrasions and scratches on the sax body due to its age and previous use, but no major dents. This horn is a player, ready to play and needs nothing. If you are looking for a great looking saxophone then this one is probably not for you, but if you want to have an everyday "workhorse" for next many years, you can buy it with confidence. My saxophones are always in top playing condition, please read my feedback. The saxophone comes with brand new TKL case, neck strap and everything pictured except the sax stand. The pads showed in my pictures are not included also. They have been installed to this horn.
