I'm selling my SRV strat! The only reason I'm selling is because I don't use it anymore and I'd rather have the money for other things. This guitar is used, but it's in "like new" condition. Whether you're into Stevie Ray Vaughan or not, this is a great strat!The guitar is very clean with the exception of some scratch marks on the pick guard, but that's to be expected. Also, you can see in the picture that the back plate is missing one screw. It was manufactured in 2011 the best that I can tell. I've made some modifications to it. I replaced the original tuners with some Gotoh locking tuners. They look the same as the original, but with the locking functionality. I also replaced the texas special pickups with a set of rocket fire 60's pickups. They sound awesome! The rocket fire 60's came with "aged vintage" plastic covers, so I changed out the volume, tone, selector switch, and whammy bar tip with "aged vintage" plastic knobs/tips. I thought it looked better than the stark white that came original. The nut is still white, but I never really notice it. Finally, the last mod I made was strap locks. I've always installed strap locks on my electric guitars. I'm including the original tuners and strap buttons in case you want to change it back. I don't however have the texas special pickups anymore. I gave them to a friend so he could upgrade his squire strat. Everything you see in the case in the picture is included. A couple of things that you may not be able to see well are the keys for the case and a "roller" string tree that I never used. I'm also throwing in 4 packs of "Fender Super Bullet" strings that are medium gauge (.011 - .049), and some "Ernie Ball Wonder Wipes".I've got nothing to hide, so if you have questions please feel free to ask me about anything.
