I'm selling my VanZandt Telecaster. It's a TLV-R2 model, which has been professionally reliced. The relicing is quite convincing and the Telecaster really looks like it's a vintage.VanZandt guitars are made in Japan and are made to a level equal to that of the Fender Custom Shop. The body is probably one piece alder, with a really thin coat of nitro. The fretboard is made from Madagascar rosewood and is a rich dark brown.The neck is straight and the frets are all good. While the fretboard has been slightly reliced, this has only been done on the highest frets, so that playability is not affected at all. The pickups have been swapped for Lindy Frahlin pickups and they sound really great.The Tele comes with a heavy duty padded gigbad from Marue, which is in great condition.
