Here's a somewhat rare Les Paul 7 string in flame maple black. The Gibson versions of these go for upwards of $2000.00. I should know. I bought one after buying this one. I ended up selling the Gibson because it couldn't hold its own against this Epiphone for sound and playability. I know. It shocked me too. The tone is giant, not to mention the flame on the body of this guitar was more beautiful and extremely well done.This thing is in really nice shape. Classic looks with modern capabilities. The neck is easy to play for a 7 string. Another cool thing is that it gets the traditional Les Paul Rock, Blues and Jazz tones but also kicks ass in the down-tuned modern metal and djent zone. Really great articulation for a 7 string and the low string is nice and punchy. Stays in tune for months like a good LP should. If you want to look and sound traditional but also be able blow the doors off, this thing is for you. These guitars get awesome reviews on Sevenstring.com. In one of the pics you can see ghosting of light that appears to be finish issues. It is only light refraction. Rest assured, the finish is in great shape. There however is a light chafing on a small part of the lower bout on the back of the guitar which you can see in one of the pictures.Unfortunately, I'm in a position where I have to sell this, so I am letting it go for a great price and have set a relatively LOW RESERVE.Body: Mahohany w/ carved maple top
