You are bidding on a lightly used SSL X-Rack with 6 installed modules, configured to achieve 2 complete SSL channels. This is a fantastic sounding system that includes a recall feature that works flawlessly. It also makes it easy to backup the recall settings directly into a DAW session via midi. The modules included are: (1) XR627 - VHD Preamp – features overdrive/harmonics and infamous LMC compressor(1) XR621 – Mic Preamp – additionally features instrument jack, (2) XR618 – Dynamics Module – features compressor and expander/gate(2) XR625 – EQ module I'm the original owner of the chassis and all the modules except for one XR625 EQ module which was bought used. This module sounds identical to the other XR625 EQ module in every way. This system was used to mix a total of 30 songs or less. Since most of my work now involves recording an artist on location all over the world, the unit has been mostly sitting in the rack in an empty studio. Since I have a young daughter now, I'm making my studio setup leaner since most of my work is when I'm away from the studio. It has been used on multi-platinum albums and I even packed it using the packaging material that came with my first grammy award to bless it. I would honestly estimate that 5 of the 6 modules have less than 5 months of solid use. I hate selling high quality gear that I like, but given my present work circumstances and the expense of a growing family, I find myself reluctantly putting this up for sale.
