The original Apogee Ensemble.  Includes firewire cable and power cable. I had this modded by Black Lion Audio 2 1/2 years ago. The premium mod which cost $575 has made a huge difference in the quality of audio in my sessions. What they did is: Premium Mod New, high-grade signal path capacitors on EVERY analog input and output (mic preamps, line inputs, Hi-Z inputs, inserts, headphone outputs, and line outputs)Proprietary decoupling on analog stage power rails.  Improving the performance of the analog stage circuits makes a drastic difference for tracking, mixing, and mastering (expect amazing micro-dynamics and space)!Proprietary decoupling on all A/D and D/A converters.  Our approach to converter decoupling reduces noise generated during the conversion process, leaving you with crisp, clear audio! This has been the centerpiece of my studio for the past 5 years. I run this on my Mac using Pro Tools 12.  Please note:   there are a couple dead LEDs on the knob encoders. You can see the picture and you can see the dead lights. This doesn't alter the function of the device. All 4 mic pres are great.  All of the inputs work great. As does all of the Digital ins/outs , all are fine. Headphone jacks work fine as well. I am happy to answer any questions. I just got some Rosettas so I no longer need this interface.
Special note: I just sent this to Black Lion Audio in Chicago for a check up, they went through all the paths and gave it a clean bill of health.  They even redid one of the cold solder points on one of the caps.  So it is like new.
