It's really in great shape with a bit of chipping mainly at the bottom plate...never bothered me, and gives it a cool relic'd/vintage vibe.
Very few of these were ever made(and fewer still with custom paint), and this is an original, not a DIY kit. Also, there is no Bearfoot equivalent.This one I'm really not happy about offering for sale(understatement) because it sounds that good, hence the price....although really, for some of the DAM stuff that is wickedly over-priced, it's dirt cheap;)This is a grungy low to medium gain fuzz pedal...3 knobs...big deal, right? Heh, if you're looking then you know that when it comes to Bjorn designing something, it is a big deal. The quality, vibe, and feel of the FF is most excellent and there are lots of great tonal shadings depending on where you set the fuzz and tone knobs, and of course it goes without saying how dynamic it is. This is a fuzz that inspires, not tires(your ears), like a lot of fuzz pedals tend to do.It sounds great by itself into a clean amp, into a semi-dirty set-up, and also is a great stacker.But the absolute sleeper quality of this fuzz is when you "awake the dragon" by giving it a little(or a little more) front end push with your favorite booster....it doesn't just sound great, it soundsvicious!!Don't believe me? Please check this short demo I did a long while back....I'm really not easily impressed, but this was def a bit ofa holy s$%t moment for me the first time I slapped it upside the head.I've not ever played a fuzz pedal boosted where it sounded this good...ever....also with all that gain, it's still incredibly dynamic, and, intervals and chord definition is excellent(a rarity with fuzzes except of this caliber)...that's where the subtleties and surprises evidence themselves over time designed by someone with superior ears and skills.Auction terms:No negative/Zero bidders Contact to be made within 24 hours of auction end, payment within 3 days.
