1978 Ludwig Black Vistalite Octaplus kit, model #2002 with 24” Kicks. 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 24, 24” in Players condition. Not bad for an almost 40 year old kit. The 6” has been painted flat black but it could be removable and has a little badge damage. Other than that, at fist glace all I see is 3 non original T rods and 2 changed lug screws. This is pretty much an easy restoration. The Shells are typically a little out of round on the smaller toms, but not uncommon on a Vistilite drum. Nothing that binds the drum head at all, everything looks pretty solid. The tom mount felts are showing were but work fine.   Overall a neat, original example of a monster 1970’s kit. Not a lot of scuffing as you can see in the photos and truly will clean up and finish out really nice. The kick drums are in great condition. A little paint on the hoops and a good polish and new heads and these things will be like new!   $200.00 shipping anywhere in the lower 48 (will not ship outside there).
