vintage 1983 MIJ Tokai ST50 Goldstar. This is the same year that the famed Springy Sound stopped production and was renamed Goldstar. Virtually the same guitar for all intents and purposes.I had bourns pots and pio caps installed. Removed the original tuners for vintage button tuners. It still has the original pickups. The guitar has some very naturally earned chips and dings. Relic'd by use. The guitar sounds fantastic and the neck feels great. A nice full neck. Maybe a soft V or U shape. I have an almost new hard foam case. Thanks for looking. BTW, the 1993 MIJ Fender '62 Reissue strat shown in the photo next to the Tokai, is also for sale, in another ad. But, this ad is for the Tokai alone. Thanks.
