James Hutcheon 1860's 3/4 bagpipes. Made from Cocus wood. Set includes all three drones and stocks, blowpipe stock only, GHB African Blackwood chanter stock and James Robertson Edinburgh chanter made of African blackwood. A beautiful and rare set of pipes. The entire set was sent to Jeannie Campbell and cleaned and oiled in 2000 at the College of Piping in Scotland. They were in a BBC episode about the college at that time. They have been on display since that date here in the US and are now for sale.All are in excellent condition except the chanter which had been broken in two and was repaired by the college.Rare opportunity to own a museum quality set of antique pipes.  These pipes came from a home in Paisley Scotland.
