Gibson Les Paul “Traditional” Faded – one of a special run of 200 guitars made for the Canadian market. This guitar is a reissue of the non-chambered 2005 Standard Faded. Fit and Finish is excellent, hardware is perfect. Comes with BB3s not '57s as spec'ed (APH-2/Slash/SD).  Gibson designated these guitars as Standard Faded by writing “LP5F” or LP6F" in the bridge pickup cavity to identify if it is a 50's or 60's neck. The top is pretty much mint condition. The back has a few niggles but really tough to see. The neck is mid size and is flawless. Comes with the original Gibson hard shell case and case candy.  It looks like a cross between Gary Moore's lemon drop and Jimmie Page's No 2. Neck is very fast and no fretting out. Lots of info on the internet about these and as only 200 were made, these are highly sought after. According to info on the net, these were LPS NOS bodies and necks from mid-90s that got repurposed into this limited run Traditional offering for Long&McQuade in Canada.
