Ibanez Artstar AM200 made in Japan Semi-Accoustic Guitar including hard case. The Artstars are a series of semi-hollowbody Ibanez Guitars. The model names are AS, AF and AM combined with number. The lower numbers are the basic models, the higher number the better the specification. This particular guitar is designated on the inner body label AAM 200 on the headstock - Serial Number F9724324. Decoded the guitar was made at the Fuji-gen Plant, Japan in 1997 production number: 24324. The item is in excellent condition - all original with virtually no marks etc. The only wear is on the pick guard and this is slight through use of the plectrum. It comes with a hard case also in excellent condition. The case has a key and also contains a truss rod key with instruction pamphlet. The body is polished mahogany, bound ebony fret board with abalone inlays. The frets are in excellent condition. Gold hardware. Pickups (which would be to the best of my knowledge) ‘Super 58’. The width at the nut is a fraction under 1.75ins. The overall length is 39.5ins. The width of the lower bout is 13.5ins. The guitar has the wide tulip headstock and brown pick guard. This is in keeping with the switch over in production from Terada to Fuji-gen Plant and would have been produced for only a short time. Pictures do not do it justice, this is a stunning guitar in excellent condition, well priced and would not disappoint! Any questions please feel free to ask.
