I am selling a brand new GRETSCH G6128T-53 VINTAGE SELECT ’53 DUO JET™ WITH BIGSBY®, TV JONES®, BLACK.
This guitar was sent to me directly by the Gretsch factory to replace a silver Sparkle Jet I purchased in November 2016. Turns out the Sparkle Jet neck was set in crooked, but they didn’t have the exact model available to replace it with. They gave me five choices ( none of what I really wanted ) and I finally received this about 3 months ago. It’s an incredible pro Gretsch…check out the specs on their website.
I was going to keep it, but since this all happened I’ve decided I don’t need it….I’m not playing enough gigs of the particular musical genre I was going to use it for ( Rockabilly ) to justify keeping it. So I am selling this mint, direct from the factory guitar. It retails for $2500, I’m looking to clear $2000. It has a few little extras…a Vibramate String Spoiler, And I had a Red Sparkle pick guard and truss rod cover made.
Of course it comes with the Gretsch HSC and all the paperwork.
I only ship in the U.S.
