Vintage 1968 Rickenbacker Model 325 Semi-Hollowbody Electric Guitar.A great playing and sounding example of the super rare "John Lennon Model" for a reasonable price.Plays great. The neck is slim and skinny, really easy to get around on. Short scale length makes playing extra easy, it has a smooth, quick feel all the way up and down.Original toaster top pickups sound amazing. They are incredibly warm, clear and glassy. Really gets that early Beatles tone that is bright, chimey and jangly.Excellent playing condition with signs of normal, honest cosmetic wear. The original Tailpiece has been replaced by a Stop Bar, and there are two filled holes in the back as a result. The bridge itself is original. The tuners have been changed to Grovers. The guitar plays and sounds great as it is and is priced accordingly.Comes with a super cool vintage case, thought it is not original to the guitar, it is super cool. we believe it is an old ampeg case even though there is a Fender logo on the strap inside.Guitar is exactly as pictured.
