This unit is fully functional and tested. The only reason for selling is the unit is being replaced with led fixtures and constant power. This ETC Smartpack dimmer is a great value for a 12 channels of dimming. It is in great condition and honestly not used very often. Just pulled out of an install environment. As pictured it has 12 Edison outlets, and it is easy to wire in the bare tails for power input.
